• •Sells clothing online.
• •Returns: free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused with tags on. The customer starts a return from the link in their order confirmation email.
• •Delivery: orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery inside Sweden takes 2–4 business days.
• •Exchanges: a different size can be ordered as a new order; the original is returned as a normal return.
• •Complaints: faulty items are replaced or refunded. The customer sends a photo of the fault and their order number.
• •Warranty: none beyond the legal consumer right to complain (reklamationsrätt).
• •Discounts, price matching, compensation, legal threats and anything not listed here must go to a human colleague.
